There are a few signs that may indicate that a person is not telling the truth. Once you have a reason to think that your spouse is not telling you the truth or before you have a reason, look for these signs:

Does he fidget when you ask him questions?

Does he shrug his shoulders when answering your questions?

Does he give you too many details that are not necessary?

Does he look away from you when you ask a question or does he try to stare you down?

Does the pitch of his voice change when he answers your questions?

Does he look up or down when you ask him a question?

Does he touch the base of his nose when  you ask him a question?

Does he clear his throat or pause when you ask him a question?

Does he answer questions you didn’t ask?

Does he breathe out of his mouth when he is answering your question?

Does he blink more often than usual when you ask him a question?

If you answered yes to several of these questions, it might be time to face some realities. Obviously, answering yes to these questions does not guarantee anything…but answering yes to a few of these questions should cause you to raise your brows and wonder if!
